Do you want to work with solution architecture in complex customer environments where modern infrastructure, automation, cloud, and security meet? We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who wants to help our customers design sustainable, scalable, and technically feasible solutions, from needs and requirements to architecture, implementation, and further development.

Your Role You will become part of our team at Accelerate and work on assignments for market-leading customers regarding digitalization, modernization, and technical change journeys. You will work closely with business, development, operations, and security to create solutions that work in practice, not just in theory.

In this role, you contribute architectural depth, technical understanding, and the ability to hold the whole picture together in complex environments. You thrive in the boundary between strategy and implementation and can translate business needs, technical prerequisites, and requirements into clear solution proposals, target architecture, and viable choices.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Develop solution architecture for modern platforms, integration landscapes, and cloud or hybrid environments
• Drive technical choices and architectural decisions together with business, development, operations, and security
• Design sustainable, scalable, and manageable solutions within integration, automation, and platform technology
• Lead workshops, requirement dialogues, and technical forums in complex customer environments
• Document target architecture, integration flows, dependencies, and technical choices
• Contribute to modernizations, migrations, and larger transformation initiatives
• Ensure that solutions function long-term based on requirements for security, operability, and rate of change
• Act as a technical bridge between strategy, architecture, development, operations, and delivery

Your Profile We are looking for you who have solid experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a senior technical role where you have been responsible for design, choices, and the overall perspective. You are accustomed to working in complex enterprise environments and have the ability to understand both technical details and overarching business goals.

You don't need to know everything, but you need to have a strong technical foundation, good communication skills, and experience in driving solution work together with the customer and team. You express yourself comfortably in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

For this position, Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the assignment. We also conduct background checks on final candidates.

We believe you have experience in several of the following areas:

• Solution architecture in complex IT or enterprise environments
• Cloud, hybrid environments, and modern platforms
• Integrations, APIs, and system landscapes
• Infrastructure, platform technology, or development-near environments
• Security-conscious architecture, e.g., IAM, network, or compliance
• Workshop facilitation, requirement dialogue, and stakeholder management
• Agile ways of working and collaboration between business, development, and operations

Extra interesting if you have experience with:

• Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, or Infrastructure as Code
• ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SAP, or other large business platforms
• ITIL, ITSM, or architecture frameworks
• Information security, governance, or regulatory requirements
• Consulting role, advisory, or presale

Location Accelerate is located in several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our office in Malmö, with the possibility of hybrid work.
