Do you want to work for a world-leading company that manufactures life-saving products? We are now looking for a Process Operator for our production of ampoules and vials.

Here, you will become an important part of a modern and well-functioning manufacturing process – right in the heart of production.

Responsibilities

As a Process Operator, you, together with your shift team, are responsible for planning, preparing, and carrying out the manufacturing.

The work includes, among other things:

• Handling various machines, equipment, and systems
• Filling, sterilizing, sealing, and packaging of products
• Documentation of manufacturing according to current business systems
• Creating/updating governing and reporting documents
• Participating in the training and introduction of new employees

You work towards set goals for quality and production and contribute to ensuring that work flows efficiently and safely. We also expect you to be involved in improvement work regarding both processes and the working environment.

About You

You ideally have a technical education (at least upper secondary level) or equivalent experience acquired through previous roles. Experience from production or process industry is meritorious, as is knowledge of GMP and LEAN.

You thrive working in teams, communicate well, and take responsibility for your work. As a person, you are meticulous, efficient, quality-conscious, and have a positive attitude – even when the work pace is high. You should enjoy being involved in troubleshooting machines and documenting, as the work is both practical and administrative.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, good physical fitness, and comfort with shift work.

The work is arranged in a 5-shift system, which implies a five-week cycle with morning, evening, and night shifts. Weekend work occurs, with 12-hour shifts.

About the Position

The position is a fixed-term appointment on probation, which after 6 months converts to a permanent position after agreement between the parties.
