Part of something bigger

Svevia is today Sweden's largest operational contractor. Within operation and maintenance, we handle, among other things, summer and winter road maintenance for half of the state's road network. And many municipalities, private companies, and road associations hire us to take care of their roads and outdoor environments.

With us, you contribute to a larger whole. We plow for the family heading to the mountains. We ensure that commercial goods transport reaches its destination and ensure that streets, squares, and parks are clean and tidy. Additionally, we protect lives on the road through our offering within traffic arrangements.

Why Svevia?

Based on Svevia's strategies, goals, and values, you get the prerequisites needed to make a difference and contribute to the company's development. Decision paths are short, it is easy to influence and have your voice heard. And with us, leadership is in focus, which means you continuously get the opportunity to develop in your role.

We care about being a workplace for everyone. That you should lead through your employees is seen as a matter of course. It is as a team we create success. That is how we do business and generate results. That is how we make cities and countryside function. Do you want to share the road with us?
