About the role

As a commissioning engineer with us, you play a central role in our projects and deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring our machines function optimally – from internal commissioning and testing to installation and startup at the customer's site.

You work closely with lead commissioning engineers, production, and the automation team, where you together drive the work forward with high quality, structure, and a strong customer focus. This role is suitable for you who like to take responsibility, solve problems, and build good relationships – both internally and externally.

Your main responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing of packaging machines
• Planning and execution of commissioning work together with the project team
• Troubleshooting and optimization of machines and automation solutions
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with the customer at Elektroautomatik
• Installation and startup at the customer's site
• Ensure quality, functionality, and standardized working methods
• Actively contribute to improvement work and efficient solutions
• Build and maintain customer relationships through professional and business-like interaction

• Have experience in technical work within areas such as automation, machine building, or commissioning
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive with responsibility
• Have a strong interest in technology and enjoy finding smart solutions
• Are engaged and contribute positively to the team around you
• Have good collaboration skills and a professional customer focus
• Enjoy a role that involves travel

Merits

• Experience with programming in Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and commissioning of automated machines
