We are looking for an experienced and confident IT Support Specialist who wants to take a central role in creating structure, quality, and clarity in a business-critical support function.

This is an assignment for you who enjoy combining hands-on troubleshooting with more coordinating responsibilities – where you act as the central entry point for support tickets, prioritize and quality-assure incoming cases, and ensure that the business receives the right support from the right function.

About the assignment

You will work closely with both the business and IT in an environment where business systems and store-adjacent processes are central to daily operations.

The role involves among other things:

  • Handling and prioritizing incoming support tickets
  • Creating clear working methods and ensuring that cases are handled by the correct function and at the correct level
  • Supporting users and super users in their daily work, providing guidance and problem-solving when needed
  • Conducting independent 2nd line troubleshooting
  • Coordinating communication during incidents and system disruptions
  • Contributing to improved processes and more structured support management

You will become a key relief for both the development team and other IT resources by creating better structure, clearer priorities, and higher quality in the support flow.

We are looking for you who have
  • Experience with 2nd line support in complex business environments
  • Good understanding of ERP and business systems
  • Experience with structured incident management and troubleshooting
  • Experience working closely with both business and development teams
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
Technical experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar
  • ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Advantageous
  • Experience with Navision 2009
  • Experience from retail or store-adjacent business
  • Understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience with business-critical incidents and operational environments

Practical details
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Start: Immediately
  • Assignment until: 2026-12-31 with possibility of extension
