Do you want to be part of creating communication that truly makes a difference in major transformation journeys? We are now looking for an experienced Project Communicator with a passion for digital communication, storytelling, and visual content to join a comprehensive IT and business transformation program at one of Sweden's larger operators in critical societal infrastructure.

You will play a central role in how information is disseminated, understood, and engaged with – from intranets and digital channels to larger internal events and the production of creative materials.

In this role, you will support a company-wide SAP program by creating and producing communication for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with projects and operations to translate complex information into clear, attractive, and accessible messages.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing and publishing content for intranets and digital collaboration platforms
• Creating text materials, graphics, and presentation materials
• Editing and cutting video material for internal communication
• Planning and participating in larger information meetings and gatherings – both digital and physical
• Contributing to strengthening communication around change management and digital transformation
• Ensuring clear and engaging communication for different target groups within the organization

Key Information

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, at least 50% at the office in Malmö. Travel within Sweden may occur in connection with events and information meetings at various offices.
Start: Immediately.
End: 2027-03-31, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you need

• Post-secondary education in Media & Communication or a similar field
• At least 6 years of experience in project communication
• Experience in internal communication in large organizations or programs
• Strong sense of graphic design, tone, and storytelling
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe programs and Canva
• Good experience working with text, media, and digital channels
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Communicative and creative person who thrives at the intersection of IT, change management, and digital communication
