Helios Innovations is a growth company producing modular treatment plants for industrial process water. We are in an expansion phase and are looking for an initiative-taking and self-reliant person to take responsibility for the operation and service of our plants.

About the role:

As a Service Technician, you, together with the rest of the service team, are responsible for the operation, service, and repairs of our units. No two workdays are alike, and we are looking for someone who views flexibility positively. You need to be proactive, problem-solving, and have a desire to shape processes and find solutions based on previous experience, as the company is still in its startup phase. We are looking for someone with a process technology background to easily troubleshoot and solve problems for the customer. There is great potential for development for the right person, and we are a small team where everyone's opinions are heard.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and performing service and repairs on our installed plants at customer sites.
• Direct contact with customers for service scheduling.
• Coordination of subcontractors for service.
• Telephone support.
• In some cases, installation of plants at customer sites together with project managers and contractors.
• In some cases, commissioning of plants at customer sites together with project managers and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in service/mounting within industry or another relevant field.
• Process technical competence/understanding.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English skills.
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission.
• Open to business travel a few days a week.

Meritorious:

• Experience in electrical work is a big plus.
• Experience in plumbing (HVAC/Plumbing) and contracting.
• Experience in water treatment.
• Experience in the waste industry.
• Experience in reading and understanding information from logged trends.
