About Sacci Pro

Sacci Pro is a fast-growing family-owned company that has increased its turnover from 50 MSEK to over 180 MSEK in five years. Our goal is to reach 500 MSEK within five years. We are now looking for an industrial sewer who wants to become a key player in our Swedish production team in Borlänge.

At Sacci Pro, we develop and produce advanced carrying systems for professional users within defense, healthcare, rescue services, and industry. Our products are designed to maximize ergonomics, durability, design, and function in the most demanding environments.

The company was founded in 1914 by the Haglöf family and was the foundation for the Haglöfs brand. Today, Sacci Pro is run by the fourth generation of the Haglöf family and continues to grow with innovation, sustainability, and quality in focus. The Swedish production, with sites in Borlänge and Rättvik, has been an important building block in the company's business since the start and is something we continue to invest heavily in, especially as we see increased demand for Swedish production from our customers.

Sacci Pro is in an expansion phase, and as part of our growth, we moved into a completely new and specially adapted building in Borlänge in December. This is one of several steps we are taking to create Dalarna's most attractive workplace and a modern development and production environment that matches our high ambitions.

About the role

As an industrial sewer at Sacci Pro, you will become an important part of our production team in Borlänge, where craftsmanship, innovation, and quality are at the center. You will work with the manufacturing of carrying systems and textile equipment where reliability is crucial.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and proud of their work – and who wants to contribute to creating world-leading products and meeting high customer demands.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sewing textile products according to given drawings and instructions.
• Assembling all parts belonging to a product within the planned time based on reference samples and work instructions.
• Sewing details such as straps, zippers, Velcro, and buckles.
• Handling various types of industrial sewing machines.
• Checking materials and finished products based on quality and specifications.
• Actively collaborating with colleagues in product development, assembly, and quality inspection to ensure the best results.
• Participate in the production team's quality and efficiency work, with the aim of maintaining and further developing high-quality production.
• Contribute to order, safety, and quality in the production environment.
• Location: Borlänge, at our new headquarters.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has a passion for producing high-quality textile products.

You have:

• Experience in sewing – industrial sewing, ready-to-wear sewing, tailoring, or similar.
• Good familiarity with handling sewing machines of various types.
• Understanding of technical drawings and work instructions.
• High attention to detail and a sense for quality.
• Good teamwork skills and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and understanding).

Meritorious:

• Education in sewing.
• Previous work in industrial production or similar operations.
