Prior extensive experience with composite materials is not required; you might currently work as a model maker, fine carpenter, boat builder, or in another practical and meticulous trade where material sensitivity is key.

• Enjoys practical work and working with your hands

• Has experience from fields such as composite work, model building, fine carpentry, or similar crafts

• Thrives in an environment where teamwork and responsibility are valued

• Is proficient in Swedish or English, both spoken and written

• Experience with composite/carbon fiber work

• Experience with sanding, laminating, assembly, or painting

• Experience from the marine, aviation, or workshop industries

• Ability to program CNC milling machines
