To our pleasant and well-regarded operation in Vårby, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and structured coordinator with leadership responsibilities who wants to play a central role in how our operations function and develop. In this position, daily coordination work is combined with responsibility for strengthening working methods, routines, and contributing to good collaboration.
About the RoleThe responsibilities include:
- Keeping together and driving working methods in the coordinator's work so that it follows a defined direction and is carried out with high quality.
- Working operationally with planning, coordination, and follow-up in daily work.
- Being an active force in development work, including contributing to educational initiatives.
- Ensuring that coordinators have the right support, guidance, and conditions to succeed in their assignments.
- Gathering, structuring, and presenting data for statistics, such as key figures.
- Following up on and analyzing operational data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinating reviews of planning work to ensure that our coordinator processes are current, clear, and purposeful.
- Holding the role of Environmental and Fire Safety Representative.
The role of coordinator with leadership responsibilities entails a responsibility to contribute to making our administrative processes more cohesive, clear, and efficient — and to provide the operation with a stable hub to base itself on.
Requirements- Very good experience in working with and understanding the work tool Epsilon. This includes not only familiarity with the tool but also system competence.
- Very good digital competence and confidence in working in various systems and digital environments.
- Very good experience working in Take Care and proficiency in referral handling.
- Very good experience in coordinator work.
- Good ability to collaborate and communicate with different functions.
