Your role at Iver As an Administrator in Contract & Invoicing, you will become part of a team of three people. We are looking for someone who wants to strengthen our department with a focus on contract and service invoicing.

The role involves many contact points, primarily internal but also external towards customers in some cases. You contribute with a business-minded approach and thrive in a role where collaboration and communication are a natural part of everyday life. You work closely with, among others, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers, and have broad collaboration within the organization. The role also involves working in several of our internal systems and processes related to service delivery and invoicing.

Contract Invoicing is part of the central function Group Business Services, where the key words are standardization, digitalization, and automation.

Examples of responsibilities

  • Interpret customers' documented services and ensure correct billing based on contracts and delivery.

  • Analyze customers' technical services and, if necessary, investigate changes in services and billing.

  • Administer and update billing based on customers' documented services, as well as handle changes in ongoing deliveries and decommissioning of services.

  • Ensure correct contract and service invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, deliveries, and internal processes.

Who are we looking for? To succeed in the role of Administrator in Contract & Invoicing, we see that you have several years of experience in contract administration and invoicing-related work within B2B, preferably from the IT industry or another operation with complex service delivery.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, precision, and responsibility are central parts of the work. You have an analytical working style, a good understanding of contracts and deliveries, and the ability to handle several parallel processes simultaneously.

The role involves many contact points, which is why we value good collaboration skills and a professional, business-minded approach. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing environment where development and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have

  • Relevant education in economics, administration, or a similar field.

  • At least five years of experience in contract administration and invoicing-related work within B2B.

  • Experience working in complex IT environments and service delivery organizations.

  • Good understanding of contracts, service deliveries, and billing processes.

  • Experience working in multiple systems and handling large information flows with high precision.

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you are based at our office in Alingsås.
