Your role at Iver As an Experienced Accounting Assistant within customer accounts receivable, you will play a key role in our Billing team, responsible for parts of the entire workflow regarding invoicing and accounts receivable. The work includes invoicing, payments, debt collection, credit monitoring, and bad debt cases in a high-volume environment with many parallel processes. This role suits you if you thrive with responsibility, work independently, and appreciate a daily routine where structure, quality, and problem-solving are in focus. You will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers in customer dialogues.

You will become part of our Billing team, which currently consists of five dedicated colleagues. Here, we work closely together, share knowledge, and drive the development of methods and processes to create efficient and high-quality delivery.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are an experienced and self-motivated accounting assistant with solid competence in accounts receivable and invoicing. You have several years of experience working with, for example, payments, debt collection, credit monitoring, and bad debt cases, and feel confident driving your work forward independently. You have a post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience.

You are used to working at a high pace with many parallel cases and have the ability to combine structure and precision with a solution-oriented approach. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys having many contact points and collaborations, both internally and externally.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Bad debt management and credit monitoring
• Navision or Business Central
• Invoicing within the consulting or IT industry
• Improvement work, projects, or process development

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see you based out of our office in Alingsås.
