We are currently looking for an engaged and responsible person for a dynamic and challenging job as an Age Controller and Mystery Shopper in Skåne and Småland, Sweden.

Are you positive, social, and comfortable working independently? Then you are a perfect fit for this role. As an Age Controller and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the region visiting shops, cafés, and restaurants. Your main tasks include conducting "test purchases" of age-restricted items such as gaming products, tobacco, medicine, and alcohol. The purpose is to ensure that retailers request identification and comply with current legislation, such as the Alcohol Act (Chapter 5, Section 5).

You will act as a regular customer and evaluate the quality of the interaction based on a customized protocol. You will assess factors such as the environment, the sales process, and staff courtesy. This data helps our clients develop their service quality and ensures that procedures are followed.

Your Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old (or in an age that is representative of the legal purchasing age) to conduct test purchases.
• A manual B driver's license and good driving skills are required, as you will travel using the vehicles we provide.
• You will work in teams of two during standard retail opening hours (morning to evening).
• You are social, enjoy traveling and driving, and are willing to take significant responsibility.
• You are detail-oriented, able to plan your work, and strive for high quality.
