About the role: We are looking for an operational accountant with office management responsibilities who wants to take on a central and business-close role. The position reports directly to the CEO with dotted-line reporting to the Group CFO and is crucial for keeping the company's finances, administration, and daily office operations together.

The purpose of the role is to handle ongoing bookkeeping, including reconciliations, reporting, credit collections, and treasury management. Since we are also bringing payroll management in-house, you need to have extensive experience with the entire payroll process, regulatory compliance, and coordination of payroll-related activities.

The role is operational and practical, meaning you will build a clear and sustainable internal structure to create efficient flows between orders, production, delivery, and finance. We are a small company, which means we collaborate closely and help each other out. To succeed in this role, you will work closely with production, warehousing, and the CEO.

We are undergoing a transition to the Monitor business system, which means you will have an active role in developing and improving our systems and processes. This is a role to grow into, even for experienced candidates. The position is initially approximately 75% with the ambition to grow to full-time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Credit collections and treasury management
  • Payroll management and coordination of payroll-related activities
  • Regulatory compliance within finance and payroll
  • Office management and administration
  • Development of internal structures and efficient flows between orders, production, delivery, and finance
  • Active work related to the transition to the Monitor business system
  • Close collaboration with production, warehousing, and the CEO

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in economics/business
  • 5–10 years of experience in accounting
  • Experience working with business systems
  • Documented experience in payroll management
  • Extensive experience with the entire payroll process
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
