Zinkano performs zinc coating treatments using zinc and zinc alloys on metal goods. At our facility in Hova, we treat products used in, among other industries, the automotive and construction sectors, for customers in Sweden and internationally.

Our work is based on precision, collaboration, and delivering high quality as agreed. We are now looking for more operators who want to become part of our production and develop together with us.

About the role

As an operator, you will prepare, handle, and hang goods for surface treatment. The work is physical and is carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. We prefer that you are practical-minded and enjoy dynamic work.

The work is performed in three shifts, meaning working hours vary between day, evening, and night. The schedule requires that you have the ability to commute to and from the workplace at all times of the day.

The employment is intended to be long-term. The position begins with fixed-term contracts that are successively extended and typically converts to a permanent position within approximately one year.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged and takes responsibility for your work.
• Is curious and eager to learn how the work is done.
• Enjoys working together with others.
• Wants a long-term employment and has good attendance.
• Has a forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement – we can offer training if needed.

Previous experience from industry is an advantage, but not a requirement – you will receive introduction and on-the-job training.
