Your Role

As Café Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations and become a central part of the business's development.

You will:

• Lead and plan the work in the café
• Be responsible for staff and scheduling
• Handle purchases and supplier contacts
• Work actively with pricing and profitability
• Ensure high quality, service, and overall experience
• Participate in developing concepts, product range, and working methods
