Örkelljunga Lantmannaaffär is now looking for an engaged agricultural salesperson who is passionate about sales, advisory services, and customer service – and who wants to be a secure and business-minded partner for our customers.

About the role

As an agricultural salesperson with us, you work closely with farmers and agricultural businesses in the region. Your work combines business acumen with advisory services and good customer service. The main focus of the role is the purchase and sale of seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, feed, energy, and other agricultural supplies. Grain purchasing may also be included.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience in sales and/or practical experience from agriculture.

Education or experience in crop production, meat production, dairy production, or advisory services is a plus.

You are engaged, business-driven, and thrive in customer interactions. You are good at building trust, clear in your communication, and confident in customer dialogue. The role requires you to be structured and precise, even during periods of high tempo. Good computer skills are a prerequisite, as is the willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's joint results.

We are a small workplace with close cooperation between different areas. This means that you need to be open to learning new product areas and sometimes also work with sales outside the traditional agricultural assortment.
