Performance-Driven Sales Consultant for Custom Countertops – Malmö

Cucina Di Design AB (stenskivor.se) is the leading e-commerce player in the Nordics for custom-made countertops in natural stone and composite materials. We handle hundreds of projects every month and are growing rapidly.
We are now looking for a performance-driven salesperson who wants to own their pipeline and deliver results.
As a salesperson, you will support our customers from start to finish, helping them make the best purchase based on their unique desires and needs. This is an independent role with flexible working hours and challenging tasks.
You will have support from experienced colleagues, necessary systems, and regular contact with our suppliers.
Our primary sales channels are through our websites. You will communicate with our customers via phone, email, and chat, utilizing your charismatic sales personality and ability to communicate with different types of people.
We offer the possibility to work from home a few days a week, as well as working from our showroom in Malmö.
The Role
This is not classic retail sales – this is qualified advisory B2C sales. We work exclusively with incoming inquiries.
Your job is to:
- Analyze the customer's needs and project prerequisites.
- Recommend the right material and solution.
- Build trust.
- Close the deal.
- Follow the customer all the way to delivery.
You drive your business independently but have support from systems, production, and suppliers. The pace is fast, requirements are clear, and results are measured.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
- Has documented sales experience with clear goals and delivered results.
- Understands how to convert incoming leads.
- Is structured and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Enjoys responsibility and performs well without micromanagement.
Experience from kitchens, B2C, interior design, or technical sales is advantageous. Danish language skills are a plus.
