About the role

Do you want to develop your career in procurement and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment? We are currently looking for an engaged and structured Purchasing Assistant for one of our clients in Malmö.

In this role, you will work closely with both suppliers and internal functions to ensure efficient purchasing processes, high delivery precision, and professional collaboration throughout the supplier team.

We believe that you are structured and meticulous in your work approach, with the ability to maintain order even in an environment where multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously. You are analytical and solution-oriented, while also being communicative and team-oriented. You thrive when working together with others to achieve common goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling purchase orders – order placement, order confirmations, and invoice follow-up.
• Follow-up on deliveries and handling delivery discrepancies.
• Purchasing administration, analysis of purchasing data, and management of ERP systems.
• Ongoing contact with suppliers to monitor production and deliveries.
• Being part of the purchasing team and working to optimize product quality and streamline costs.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in procurement or as a purchasing assistant.
• Relevant education in procurement, economics, or business administration.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with business systems (ERP) and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work with data, reports, and analyses.
