You will step into a key role in a complex development project at a company working with advanced technology development in a safety-critical environment. As a Systems Engineering Lead, you have a central position in the project. You ensure that work is carried out according to established processes, that the right decisions are made at the right times, and that the team has clear priorities. • You lead the planning and follow-up of systems engineering activities in the project.
• You coordinate the collaboration between different stakeholders and create clarity regarding responsibilities, priorities, and dependencies.
• You drive and steer the systems engineering work so that it maintains the right direction, quality, and pace.
• You ensure that lifecycle models, processes, and decision gates are adapted to the project's needs.
• You plan and follow up on technical reviews so that they are conducted according to current processes.
• You ensure the development of necessary support systems to enable efficient systems engineering work.
• You recommend the approval and delivery of systems engineering results.
• You prioritize work within the team and request status updates from underlying system levels to secure the overall picture.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
• Experience leading and coordinating systems engineering work in complex projects.
• Good knowledge of established systems engineering processes.
• Experience with cross-functional work within systems engineering.
• Experience in leadership and team development.
• Good understanding of the system being developed or similar complex system environments.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).
