Do you want to work in a practice where patient care, structure, and women's health are at the forefront?

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced assistant nurse (undersköterska) for our growing gynecological practice. The role is central to the daily work of the clinic and suits you if you thrive with responsibility, patient contact, and administrative care flows.

Here, you will work closely with midwives and gynecologists in a private clinic focused on quality, accessibility, and well-functioning care processes.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone advice and patient contact
  • Triage and prioritization of patients according to established routines
  • Handling referrals and administrative care flows
  • Working in Cosmic and booking systems
  • Appointment administration and planning of patient flows
  • Ensuring good accessibility and well-functioning appointment books
  • Reviewing patient lists and checking patients due for cervical screening according to routines
  • Assisting with gynecological examinations and treatments
  • Preparing examination rooms and handling materials
  • Laundry and simpler practical tasks within the practice
  • Sample collection, packing, as well as ordering and unpacking of materials and supplies
  • Contribute to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment, including coffee breaks and kitchen duties
  • Contribute to structure and a good overview of daily operations

The position is varied, and the tasks may develop over time based on the practice's needs and your experience.

  • Is a certified assistant nurse

  • Is service-oriented and enjoys meeting people in various situations
  • Creates a friendly and welcoming impression for patients and colleagues
  • Has experience working in private healthcare clinics
  • Is familiar with the Cosmic system
  • Has experience with appointment administration and patient planning
  • Is confident in telephone contact and patient interaction
  • Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured manner
  • Thrives with responsibility and independent work
  • Is flexible, solution-oriented, and service-focused
  • Enjoys collaborating and contributing to a good work environment
  • Experience from gynecology, women's health, or clinic work is an advantage
