Do you want to work in a modern workshop where quality, service, and professional pride are in focus? On behalf of our client Vincents, we are now looking for a mechanic who wants to become part of an engaged team in Varberg. In this role, the focus is primarily on the living areas of motorhomes and caravans, where you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is perfect for you if you are technically minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving practical problems in a varied workday!
About the roleAs a mechanic, you work with troubleshooting, service, and repair of vehicles. An important part of the job is to identify faults, perform checks, and ensure that the vehicles maintain high quality before they are delivered further. You update cost estimates after troubleshooting and perform repairs after approval.
The work also includes delivery service where you check vehicles according to set standards prior to delivery. If anything deviates, you update the cost estimate and rectify the issues after approval.
The role also involves conducting moisture tests on incoming vehicles and documenting the results in the work order.
You work both independently and together with colleagues in the workshop to ensure that every vehicle meets the company's quality requirements.

You have a high work ethic, are structured in your approach to work, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. It is also important that you are service-minded and can communicate clearly, as parts of the work involve contact with customers and documentation of completed work.
Requirements- Previous experience in mechanical, technical, or other practical work
- Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
- Category B driver's license
- Basic knowledge of English
- Good computer skills, for example in the Office package and Google Sheets
It is meritorious if you have vehicle technical education or a few years of experience as a mechanic. Experience working with motorhomes or caravans. Additional driver's license categories (BE, C, D, or E) as well as knowledge or experience of Lean are also seen as meritorious.
