Sales Associate for Tech Company in Central Lund

Do you want to join early in the journey of a growing tech company and build long-term customer relationships? We are looking for a social and curious person who wants to grow into a B2B role. Sales experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

About the role

• Create and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Schedule and hold meetings (digitally and in person) together with colleagues or independently.
• Understand customer needs and present how Parlametric's services can help them.
• Follow up on ongoing collaborations and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade fairs and organize customer activities.
• Travel within Sweden in connection with customer meetings and deliveries.
• Work in a team together with colleagues in the Sales department.

Who are you?

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and good English in both speech and writing.
• Interest in relationships, customer value, and problem-solving.
• Curious, not afraid to reach out, and comfortable with conversations and meetings.
• Independent and structured – but thrives in a team.

Meritorious (not required)

• Experience from service, retail, events, student engagement, associations, or sales.
• Interest in AI, business development, data/insights, or voice and text analysis.
• Experience with presentations and customer dialogues.
• Post-secondary education.
