Quality Engineering Lead – Product Development

Role

Improve software quality and delivery capability at both team and system level. Drive quality outcomes across teams, suppliers, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software quality, CI/CD, and continuous improvement
• Skilled in automated testing, defect analysis, and test strategy
• Ability to analyze complex issues and drive corrective actions
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiar with modern development tools and practices

Tools

CI/CD, automated testing, Jira, Confluence, KPI/quality tracking tools, Ways of Working (WoW)

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven quality and process improvements
• Identify and address root causes and testability gaps
• Define and follow up on quality KPIs
• Perform risk analysis of codebases and drive mitigation actions
• Ensure release readiness and coordinated improvements
• Support test and quality strategy across teams
