Administrative Team Leader / Customer Service Representative for a Growing Cleaning Company

About the role

In this key role, you work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You are the hub of the network, ensuring high quality, good service, and efficient processes. You are highly communicative!

Responsibilities

• Customer management and ongoing customer contact
• Customer service and case handling
• Scheduling and staff planning
• Handling and follow-up of quotes
• Handling employee-related issues
• Sales and upselling
• Customer visits and quality follow-up

We are looking for someone who:

• Is forward-thinking, positive, and has a solution-oriented approach
• Has good ability to plan and structure your work
• Is thorough with follow-up and feedback
• Understands the importance of staying ahead of the customer to deliver the best possible service
• Has good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thrives in a role with many contact points and a high pace

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
