We are now looking for a Service Consultant (Service Operator) for Ludvika for a full-time 100% fixed-term position. The fixed-term employment begins on June 15, 2026, and ends on September 20, 2026. The role primarily involves working on-site with a major customer in Ludvika.

About the role

As a Service Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring the daily operation of Selecta's coffee and vending machines at our customers' locations. You refill, service, and maintain the machines independently, always keeping the customer experience in focus.

You will be part of our office in Ludvika.

Your main responsibilities:

• Refilling, cleaning, and basic servicing of our coffee and vending machines
• Building strong customer relationships and offering world-class service
• Ensuring quality and operational reliability of the machines
• Traveling between different customer locations as needed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service, creating joy, and working practically. You may have experience from retail, customer service, healthcare, delivery, or service trades – or simply an interest in technology and service.

To fit the role, we see that you:

• Are methodical, self-motivated, and take responsibility
• Enjoy practical tasks and have a technical interest
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license
• Communicate well in Swedish and English
• Have a high level of service awareness and a friendly demeanor
• Are detail-oriented and quality-conscious
• Have good physical fitness and enjoy an active, mobile work environment
