Production Planner at Autoform – A Key Role in Our Growing Production

Autoform is a growing company within the automotive industry with increasingly sophisticated production. As our products become more complex and volumes increase, we are taking the next step to strengthen our planning function. Therefore, we are looking for a Production Planner who wants to take a holistic approach to daily production planning and become an important part of our continued journey.

What the role entails

In the role of Production Planner, you ensure that production runs smoothly. You plan which orders to run, in which machine, and in what order. You balance capacity, materials, and delivery times to create a production plan that works both in theory and in practice.

Production is constantly changing; a machine may stop, materials may be delayed, or priorities may change with short notice. In these situations, you are the one who quickly adapts, finds solutions, and ensures we keep the pace up. You also become a key person for answering questions such as: When will it be ready? What is realistic?

You work closely with production, team leaders, engineering, and purchasing, and everything takes place in the business system Monitor. This role suits you if you like structure but also thrive when things are happening fast!

What we are looking for

We believe you are a person who finds it easy to create order, enjoys having many things going on, and is not afraid to make decisions. We place greater emphasis on the right person than on an exact educational background. If you have an interest in planning, logistics, or production and good system proficiency, you will quickly get into the role. Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing industry, or business systems like Monitor is an advantage, but not a requirement.
