Job Description

This is a temporary position that may be extended. The role can be adjusted to between 50–80% of a full-time position.

Your responsibilities include preparing and serving lunch, preparing snacks, cleaning and disinfecting utensils, machines, and premises, as well as setting up salad bars and performing simple cooking tasks. You will also be responsible for restocking crockery, cutlery, glassware, and napkins, as well as performing self-controls in accordance with current legislation.

We serve approximately 100 portions per day.

Additional duties included in the role:

• Handling dishwashing
• Maintaining daily cleaning routines
• Handling special diets
• Working with HACCP
• Receiving deliveries
• Restocking the salad buffet
• Unpacking goods

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with kitchen education and several years of experience working in a kitchen environment. Good knowledge of food hygiene is required. Good oral and written Swedish skills are a requirement for the position. HACCP certification and good knowledge of special diets are considered meritorious.

Speaking Finnish is an advantage but not a requirement.
