Guests come to us for social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life, enjoying fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the association sector, making our work highly meaningful.

BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, although the management had been active in the industry long before that. Today, we operate several bingo halls across Sweden, with our headquarters located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work on an as-needed basis. Shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying days.

Duties include, but are not limited to, sales, café operations, cash handling, customer service, and announcements. At BingoRingen, it is important that our customers are at the center of everything we do, and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period, you will undergo training to learn and understand the role. Afterward, you will work independently during your shifts.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, social, and resilient under pressure, with good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required. A good eye for numbers and the ability to learn quickly are also desirable.

At BingoRingen in Eskilstuna, we work alongside you during shifts, which is why it is important that you can work independently and take initiative. Previous experience in customer service and sales is considered a merit, but your personal qualities are of utmost importance.
