WOK CHEF WANTED
We are looking for a wok chef for our kitchen specializing in Asian fusion.
Here, you will work at a fast pace where quality, efficiency, and structure go hand in hand.
About the role
You are responsible for the wok station and are a key part of the kitchen's workflow. The role involves everything from cooking to preparation, ensuring the kitchen maintains a high standard throughout the entire shift.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fast, efficient, and stress-resistant
- Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus
- Has good planning skills and stays one step ahead
- Is self-sufficient but works well in a team
- Has a strong work ethic and takes responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Preparing wok dishes
- Preparation and ingredient handling
- Vegetable chopping
- Ordering supplies
- Dishwashing and ongoing kitchen duties
- Cleaning and hygiene routines
