We are now looking for a Front Office team member for Home Hotel Kompaniet in Nyköping who wants to become part of our family.

As part of the Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience – you welcome, guide, and ensure that every stay begins and ends in the best possible way. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests feel genuinely at home. With your energy, eye for detail, and natural ability to make people feel seen and appreciated, you help make every stay special. At Home Hotel Kompaniet, we work across departments, and the role at reception also involves serving drinks at the bar and assisting with evening meals or breakfast when needed.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm and personal approach, ensuring their first and last impressions are unforgettable.
• Manage the daily operations of the reception, from check-in and check-out to bookings and guest inquiries.
• Be the guests' go-to contact person and offer help, recommendations, and everything that contributes to a cozy experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.

This is a permanent position of approximately 25% with start date by agreement. The role covers every other weekend and includes varying working hours, including evenings and major holidays.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You enjoy creating personal encounters and have a genuine interest in making every guest's stay unique.
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and face each day with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative, while also thriving as part of a team that supports each other.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are at least 20 years old (as the reception is responsible for serving alcohol).

Bonus points for:

• Experience from hotel reception or other types of customer service.
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems.
• Experience from restaurants and bars.
