For our Castle Café, we are looking for a cold bar/server or kitchen assistant to strengthen the team during the most intensive part of the summer season, as our current staff member goes on maternity leave.

Stora Sundby is a lively farm with a café, farm shop, hunting activities, and visitor services. In our kitchen, we focus on quality, good ingredients, and creating a great experience for our guests.

About the role

You will work with preparations and production for the café's daily operations. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Preparing sandwiches, salads, and simple dishes.
• Preparing and handling ingredients.
• Restocking and preparing for service.
• Maintaining order, hygiene, and structure in the kitchen.
• Collaborating with café and serving staff.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from a café, restaurant, cold bar, or similar.
• Enjoys working with food and ingredients.
• Is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with others.

Previous experience from a café, restaurant, or cold bar is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.

Location: Stora Sundby, between Eskilstuna & Katrineholm

Period: July 15 – August 16, 2026

Hours: According to schedule, 80–100 %, weekdays and weekends included.
