We are urgently looking for a cook who wants to work as a summer substitute for us during weeks 26, 27, 32, 33, and 35 at Vikingens Care Home in Malmköping. Working hours are 07:00–16:30, and the schedule includes both weekdays and weekends.

Vikingen is a private residence for people with physical and mental disabilities.

As a cook at Vikingen, you work independently and autonomously in the facility's preparation kitchen.

Meals are prepared from scratch whenever possible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.

Responsibilities include ordering supplies, cleaning, handling special diets as needed, HACCP (product safety), and self-control checks. You should have good knowledge of the nutritional content of meals and be up to date with the Swedish Food Agency's national guidelines.
