Sundbyholm Castle is an exclusive hotel located on the southern shore of Lake Mälaren, just outside Eskilstuna, about an hour from Stockholm. With historical origins dating back to the 17th century, the castle has been adapted to meet modern and future restaurant requirements. The hotel section, featuring panoramic views of Lake Mälaren, is situated peacefully next to the castle. The hotel has 116 rooms distributed across double rooms and suites.

Extra Cook

to join our kitchen team. Our operations include conferences, parties for companies and private individuals, a la carte dining, and weddings. Please read more about us at:

You have a passion for cooking and the desire to provide that little extra touch. You are self-motivated, and we will support you in becoming even more independent, even if you are at the beginning of your career. As a person, you are open, unpretentious, and positive. We work in a fresh and well-equipped kitchen, in one of the most inspiring work environments, using only the finest ingredients. The work environment is fantastic, exciting, and fun, while we and our guests maintain very high standards for quality and culinary concepts.

A significant portion of the working hours is scheduled for evenings and weekends, as well as daytime. This is a supplementary position and simultaneously an opportunity for the right person to secure a permanent (full-time) position if the conditions feel right for both you and us.
