We are looking for a cook to join Bolmängens Behandlingshem in Flen as a summer substitute and/or hourly substitute.

You should be a trained chef or have equivalent knowledge acquired through experience.

Bolmängen is a private residence for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. As a cook here, you will work independently in the facility's preparation kitchen.

We place great emphasis on cooking meals from scratch whenever possible. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The role includes ordering supplies, cleaning, handling special diets when needed, as well as HACCP compliance and self-control measures.

You need to have good knowledge of the nutritional content of meals and preferably be up to date with the Swedish National Food Administration's guidelines.
