About the role

As a field sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team. You work out in the field and meet with homeowners to show how our solar solutions and energy storage systems can make a real difference – both economically and environmentally.

You are responsible for the entire business process, from first contact to signed contract. Naturally, you will receive thorough onboarding, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to succeed in the role.

We offer a base salary + commission, which gives you security while simultaneously providing great opportunities for high income.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily proactive sales targeting private individuals
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings
• Prepare and present quotes
• Follow up on deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Represent Täta Tak Energi at trade shows and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards clear goals
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and confident when meeting new people
• Wants to develop and build a career within sales
• Has sales experience (advantageous but not a requirement – we train you from the ground up)
