We are looking for a project manager for our construction company who wants to take overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of our projects.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that projects are driven forward according to plan, with the right quality and a good customer experience. You work closely with other project managers and craftsmen in daily planning and maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will:

• Plan and design sold construction projects
• Lead and structure ongoing planning together with other project managers
• Ensure that the right projects start at the right time
• Prioritize between multiple projects based on progress, resources, and risk
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers before, during, and after projects
• Answer customer questions and provide support regarding ongoing and planned work
• Guide customers to the right solution or contact person when needed
• Follow up on project status regarding time, quality, and progress
• Handle and resolve issues that arise during the course of projects
• Participate in and drive the recruitment of craftsmen when necessary

Work Style

The work is operational and involves close collaboration with both production and the customer.

A central part of the role is to plan and steer projects forward in close collaboration with production. You are responsible for ensuring that resources are used efficiently, that projects are prioritized correctly, and that any obstacles are handled in a timely manner.

You have daily contact with private customers, where you are responsible for providing clear feedback, handling questions, and ensuring that the customer feels secure throughout the entire process.

The role involves taking responsibility for the big picture and driving projects forward, while the work on-site is carried out by craftsmen.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from construction, contracting, or similar operations
• Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize work
• Experience in driving and coordinating multiple projects in parallel
• Experience with customer contact or customer support
• Experience with or interest in recruitment and staffing
• Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and employees

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
