Our client is a Swedish-owned international corporate group specializing in consulting and project deliveries for the manufacturing industry. We are now looking for you who thrive in a leadership role and have experience driving business, building teams, and developing consulting operations. As a Sales Consulting Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and strengthening the Stockholm operations, both commercially and organizationally, in a situation that requires clear leadership and strong business drive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive and develop the business in Stockholm with full P&L responsibility
- Active prospecting and further development of existing customers
- Sell both consulting solutions and project engagements
- Recruit, lead, and develop consultants while ensuring utilization rates
- Build the business with the goal of growing the team by 6–8 consultants per year
- Create a balanced business mix between project deliveries and consulting assignments
- Develop the business with a focus on structure, growth, and profitability
Your background
- Experience in consulting operations, e.g., as a Consulting Manager or Business Owner
- Documented ability to sell consulting and/or project business
- Strong understanding of product development within industrial operations
- Ability to generate business through relationships and established customer contacts
- Experience in recruiting, building teams, and driving growth
- Accustomed to working with budget and P&L responsibility
- Self-motivated, business-driven, and confident in taking ownership
