RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a structured and engaged Warehouse Manager for our bus workshop in Kalmar. In this role, you will become an important part of the local workshop management and a representative of the company with significant responsibility and great opportunities to influence.

About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for optimizing our spare parts warehouse with a focus on cost-efficiency, quality, and delivery capability. You work closely with the workshop manager and play a central role in ensuring that our buses receive the right parts at the right time, which in turn contributes to a high delivery level in our traffic contracts.

You will:

• Ensure order and updates in the spare parts warehouse
• Handle orders, returns, and inventory
• Follow up on goals and improvement activities within your area of responsibility
• Be an important contact person both internally and externally
• Contribute to sustainability efforts and serve as a role model in safety matters

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, self-initiating, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have a talent for communicating clearly and listening attentively. You have the ability to prioritize correctly even during intense periods and are driven by creating order and efficiency.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant education in administration or similar
• Experience in planning and administration
• Good digital maturity and experience working in systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have experience from the bus industry, for example as a mechanic, bus driver, in traffic planning, or workshop work.
