We are now looking for an experienced, independent, and responsible forklift driver for a long-term assignment starting immediately. Here, you will have a varied role where you become an important part of keeping production running, with both responsibility and variety in your daily work.

About the position

You will become an important part of an engaged team and work closely with both internal departments and external drivers. The position involves 2-shift work with on-call duties as needed. This is a long-term assignment in an industrial environment where structure, personal responsibility, and understanding of production flows are key to success.

Job Description

As a forklift driver, you are responsible for more than just driving the forklift. You need to be aware of your surroundings and take initiative without needing clear directives. If you have the willingness to see opportunities instead of problems, we are confident that you will gradually develop a natural understanding of the production flows at your future workplace and be the right profile for the forklift driver role.

Daily tasks include:

• Internal transport between departments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Handling waste and materials
• Warehouse management and pallet movement
• Maintaining order and structure in the departments

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured and meticulous with an eye for order.
• Is independent and proactive in their work approach.
• Is solution-oriented so that you can always stay one step ahead in your planning.
• Is flexible and adaptable, as you will alternate between stressful and calm days.
• Has commitment and interest in understanding the business you are part of.
• Has valid forklift licenses according to TLP10 A-B.
