Kretslopp Sydost is a municipal association responsible for the collection and treatment of household waste in the municipalities of Kalmar, Nybro, Torsås, Mörbylånga, Oskarshamn, Vetlanda, Uppvidinge, and Sävsjö. We have approximately 100 employees in various roles, all working towards the common goal of collecting, receiving, and treating household waste in the best possible way.

We have several exciting changes to look forward to in 2026. In all member municipalities, we will be changing our collection system to move towards property-proximate collection using four-compartment bins. In connection with this, we are also replacing all collection vehicles with brand new cars.

About the Role

As an employee here, you are our most important ambassador. We are looking for someone who not only enjoys driving but also understands the value of good customer service and wants to provide residents with the best possible service every day. As a Category B truck driver, you will enjoy a varied and active job with a high pace, lots of movement, and close collaboration with colleagues.

Your main responsibility will be delivering waste bins to customers using a 3.5-ton truck with a tail lift. The work is supported by navigation and system aids, where all deliveries and any discrepancies are registered digitally in the vehicle computer.

The work is primarily performed alone, but also in collaboration with nearby colleagues. We highly value teamwork – we help each other, share responsibility for tasks, and support one another when a colleague needs assistance, ensuring that the work is always performed with high quality and safety.

A valid Category B driver's license is required for this position. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, is driven, and has a strong desire to contribute and make a difference in daily operations.
