As a warehouse worker responsible for packing and picking at Lernia in Mönsterås, you will be part of a team that highly values precision, speed, and collaboration. Immediate start available, lasting until mid-August with the possibility of extension!

About the Role

You will work with order picking, packing, and preparation for distribution according to given instructions. The work also includes product control, handling of filling and packaging materials, and reporting of discrepancies. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and you finish at lunchtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Pick goods according to order lines and pick lists
• Pack and prepare deliveries for dispatch
• Label and sort packages and ensure correct documentation
• Some forklift operation

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys physical work. You work independently but also appreciate collaborating in a team to achieve common goals.

To succeed in this role, we would appreciate if you have:

• Previous experience from warehouse, picking, or packing work
• Basic computer skills and experience with scanning equipment are meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Forklift license (A/B) and experience with forklift operation
• Experience with picking systems
• Experience with booking systems for transport

You will be employed as a consultant through Lernia and placed with a client in Mönsterås. The client operates within logistics/distribution and offers a secure work environment focused on safety and development.
