The Vehicle Coordination is part of the Operations and Service Department.

As a vehicle coordinator with us, you will have an important role in ensuring that the municipality's vehicles and trailers are safe, accessible, and well-maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vehicle Coordination is responsible for handling vehicles and trailers for the municipality's various units. The operation ensures that vehicles and trailers are serviced, repaired, maintained, inspected, and kept in roadworthy condition.
As a vehicle coordinator, you will:
- Transport vehicles between units, workshops, and inspection stations
- Book times for service, repairs, and inspections
- Wash and maintain the vehicles
- Act as support for questions and problems related to vehicles
If necessary, you may also support other operations within the municipality. This may involve performing tasks that normally do not fall within the vehicle coordination's area of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a vehicle technical education with a high school diploma or other education or experience that the employer considers equivalent.
You have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
The job requires that you are flexible and can handle unforeseen situations in an effective manner. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to work in a structured and independent way. Furthermore, you are responsible, driven, and have good ability to prioritize and plan your work.
We also expect you to have good computer skills and good digital competence. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
To thrive in the role, you have a great interest in vehicles and service as well as a clear focus on problem-solving. Experience from the vehicle industry is meritorious, as well as if you have experience in car washing and/or detailing.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Our operations are subject to register control. This means that if you become relevant for the job, you must be able to submit an extract from the Police's criminal record register before employment takes place. Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
Working hours: Daytime.
