We are seeking a driven Maintenance Technician for a state-of-the-art factory in Jönköping!

We are currently looking for a driven and responsible Maintenance Technician for one of our industrial clients in Jönköping. You will work operationally with significant autonomy, contributing to high operational safety, availability, and production capacity through structured maintenance work and continuous improvements.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment
• Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine repair
• Maintenance of facilities and technical infrastructure
• Participation in improvement groups and development work

Who are you?

You have a technical interest, enjoy problem-solving, and have a good understanding of maintenance work. Relevant education is a plus, but we also value practical experience and the right attitude. We are looking for you with competence in electrical engineering, mechanics, or a combination of both.

Electrical focus – requirements and merits:

• Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical schematics
• Experience with electromechanics and power electronics, such as frequency converters
• Experience in industrial automation is a plus

Mechanical focus – requirements and merits:

• Proficiency with workshop machinery in a maintenance environment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience with measurement technology and instruments
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus

Requirements: Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and basic English.

Preferred qualifications: Forklift license, Hot Work permit, crane license, and lift license.
