We are now looking for an experienced Business Developer who wants to work closely with both operations and IT, focusing on improvement, needs analysis, and the development of digital solutions. This assignment is with one of our customers in Linköping.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Business Developer, you work closely with both operations and IT to ensure that system support and digital tools meet the organization's needs.

You will among other things:

• Analyze and map the organization's needs related to IT support
• Identify areas for improvement in existing working methods, systems, and tools
• Drive and contribute to improvement and development initiatives within IT
• Work with requirement setting and needs analysis towards IT
• Participate in the development and optimization of business systems (with a focus on IFS or similar)
• Contribute to improved handling of information flows and Information Management
• Act as the bridge between operations and IT in various projects and initiatives

Your profile

We are looking for you who are accustomed to working in the borderland between operations and IT and who thrive in an analytical and advisory role. As a person, you are self-reliant, structured, and analytical. You have good communication skills and thrive in collaborations where you get to create understanding between different functions and stakeholders. You express yourself comfortably in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Requirements

• Experience in similar assignments as a Business Developer within IT
• Good experience in needs analysis, requirement gathering, and improvement work
• Experience working with business systems
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex operations and technical environments
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing

Merits

• Experience with the business system IFS or equivalent
• Experience working with Information Management
• Previous experience working in larger organizations or projects
