Job Information

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Vattenfall, is looking for a Project Support Specialist in Norrköping. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and service managers, focusing on administration, structure, and economics within projects. You will primarily be based at the office in Norrköping and become a key part of ensuring that projects are followed up correctly – from start to finish. The role is largely analytical and involves reviewing, questioning, and ensuring that documentation and figures are of high quality.

You will be part of a team of project support specialists within the business area and have regular check-ins with project controllers and colleagues to create alignment and quality in the work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure structure and order in the administrative aspects of projects
• Work with invoicing and follow-up (fixed price, time and materials, and unit price)
• Analyze project economics and react to deviations, such as margins
• Support project managers in forecasts, reporting, and closure
• Ensure that time reporting and documentation are submitted correctly
• Handle contracts, documentation, and supplier-related issues
• Work with joint invoicing and monthly reconciliations

We are looking for someone who has

• A high school education and a basic understanding of economics, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in administrative or economics-related work where you have independently handled tasks such as invoicing, follow-up, or reporting
• Experience from contracting or project operations is meritorious, as is knowledge of business systems like SAP – but this is not a requirement
• Good proficiency in the Office suite and an understanding of how projects and economics are connected
• Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
