About our function
In sales, we work to drive the sales of FläktGroup's products and services. We have sales offices from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south, where it is crucial to be an expert on your local market. Here, you work with the entire sales process and, with your knowledge of products and energy optimization, become a key part of creating the best ventilation solution for every business. Our customers are contractors, consultants, and installers, and through our expertise and good relationships, we ensure that FläktGroup is the obvious choice when it comes to ventilation.
About the role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for the Örnsköldsvik-Skellefteå district and work with sales within indoor climate and HVAC. The role involves a balanced daily routine where approximately 50% of the time is dedicated to customer meetings and relationship building, while the remaining time focuses on quote preparation and creating technical documentation. You receive help and support from our Technical and back-office team.
You drive the entire sales process, from supporting consultants and customers in early stages to quotes, follow-up, and business closure. Sales cycles vary from one week up to three months. You work actively in the CRM system and follow up on goals and results quarterly.
About you
For the role of Technical Sales Representative, we are looking for you who are self-motivated, business-driven, and have a strong technical interest. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology and sales while building long-term customer relationships.
We would like you to have:
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within HVAC or a related industry
- Good technical knowledge in our field and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- Experience working structuredly in CRM systems
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
You would likely describe yourself as a competitive and goal-oriented person who enjoys taking personal responsibility. You like to drive projects forward where development and change are natural to you.
