Your Responsibilities

As an Event and Booking Coordinator at Granö Beckasin, you will become an important part of our Marketing and Sales team and a key person in creating experiences that stay with people. The role involves overall responsibility for our event and banquet bookings, from the first contact to a completed event where everything falls into place.

The work is characterized by close interaction with the guest, where every inquiry is the beginning of something unique. You identify needs, shape offers, follow up on the dialogue, and ensure that every booking results in an experience that feels thoughtful and personal. In collaboration with colleagues in the kitchen, service, reception, and together with our partners, we create events where the whole is as important as the details.

Your duties also include handling daily bookings and related administration. Your role also encompasses a clear business perspective, where proper packaging and a sense for upselling contribute to both the experience and the result. During the event, you are on-site as a reliable point – coordinating, leading, and ensuring that the day or evening has a natural flow. The ambition is always the same: to create memorable meetings in an environment that touches the heart.

Since this is a new role, you will also be part of our continued development, with the opportunity to shape working methods and contribute to how we develop our event and banquet experiences moving forward.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong business sense, combined with genuine hospitality. Above all, you are driven by creating experiences that feel real – where every event gets its own character and where the guest leaves the area with more than just a memory.

Previous experience from booking, events, hotels, restaurants, or similar environments provides a good foundation, as well as experience in working closely with the customer throughout the journey. Your work style is characterized by structure and a secure ability to plan and execute multiple processes simultaneously. In interactions with people, you naturally build trust through your warm, attentive, and professional communication.

Furthermore, your work is characterized by a strong sense for business, where upselling becomes a way to enhance the whole rather than something that takes over. Independence, responsibility, and an eye for detail contribute to a delivery that maintains a steady and high quality that you can be proud of!
