About the role

This is more than a classic sales role. The Nordic region is largely an untapped market for us, and you are empowered to change that.

You are responsible for developing Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, driving the entire business process:

  • prospecting and needs analysis
  • technical demonstrations in the field
  • business development and follow-up

You are often out with customers, demonstrating our technology where it is truly used – in the field, under varying conditions, and with real data. Simultaneously, you build relationships with authorities, mining and energy companies, consulting firms, and research institutes.

You work independently but with support from marketing, application technology, and the International Sales Manager.

Who we are looking for

We believe you are a technically curious and business-driven person who thrives with responsibility:

  • Technical background, preferably an engineer or equivalent, but experience in GPR, geophysics, measurement, or sensor technology carries the most weight
  • Business experience, familiarity with B2B sales or business development within technical solutions
  • Credible in dialogue; you can discuss both technology and business with demanding customers
  • Self-starter; you drive your own pipeline and make decisions close to the customer
  • Languages: fluent Swedish and English; additional Nordic languages are a plus

Practical details

  • Location in Northern Sweden (Umeå, Skellefteå, or Malå), with hybrid work options
  • Travel: approx. 40–60% within the Nordics
  • CRM: Upsales
  • Primarily direct sales, with some distributor responsibility
