We are looking for a creative and driven Project Communicator within IT for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading company in critical national infrastructure, with offices in Malmö.

In this role, you will work closely with a company-wide SAP program, responsible for creating clear, engaging, and accessible communication for various target groups within the organization. We are looking for someone with a strong sense for both text, graphic design, and digital communication channels.

About the Role

As a Project Communicator, you will support the program organization with communication and information dissemination via intranet, Teams channels, and other digital platforms. You will work both operationally and creatively to produce content, create presentation materials, and support larger internal information campaigns and events.

You will collaborate closely with project management and various stakeholders within the business to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the entire program.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish communication materials for intranet and digital collaboration platforms
  • Create and edit text, image, and video material for internal audiences
  • Edit and compile videos for informational and presentation purposes
  • Design graphic materials for both digital and print formats
  • Plan and coordinate information meetings and larger gatherings, both digitally and physically
  • Support the program with communication strategy and message adaptation for different stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams and operations to ensure unified and clear communication
  • Travel to other offices within Sweden for information campaigns and events as needed

About You

We are looking for someone who is communicative, self-motivated, and has a knack for translating complex information into clear and engaging messages. You have an eye for graphic design, are accustomed to working in digital environments, and thrive in a role that combines creativity with structure and project support.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and have good experience collaborating with various types of stakeholders in large organizations.

Experience and Competencies

  • Post-secondary education in Media & Communication, e.g., YH/KY or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in project communication or a similar role
  • Documented experience in internal communication and employee communication
  • Very good experience in text production and media management
  • Strong competence in graphic design and visual communication
  • Experience in video editing and production of digital content
  • Proficient in using:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Canva
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The Assignment

For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at Digitalenta. We offer all our consultants a comprehensive wellness allowance, insurance, favorable pension savings, consultant meetings, and of course, a dedicated consultant manager who is available to you throughout the employment period.

The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible until 2027-03-31. There is an opportunity to work 50% on-site and 50% remotely.
